A positive attitude and gold tipped wings~

Happy New Year! As I write this the sound in the room is intensely loud. “Avatar” is captivating the room on the flat screen. However, I am here thinking about today, about life and why it’s important to always have a positive outlook with your thoughts.
Life is a gift. Truly, what do you see when you wake up? Is it your routine stretched out before you and you are already exhausted by your tasks and work load through out your day? Or could there be an unexpected moment of light that could shine just briefly and change everything in just one moment?
Life seems predictable. However, it’s not. We think we know the world each moment, each day, each thought, but as life unfolds some unexpected gems can be given to us when we least expect it.
Today on Christmas after we unwrapped the gifts, exhcanged the presents, and then threw out ripped up red wrapping paper, I happened to notice the light outside.
Magnificent! The day looked liked gold tipped angel wings had touched the the grass. I grabbed my camera and headed outside. What fun I had capturing the light in my husband’s family backyard. This may sound silly, this may seem contrite, but what is your view? Do you know how to break away from your day and find moments of bliss in the daily gifts that God gives us?
One of his relatives asked, “What are you going to do with all of those pictures?”
“Enjoy them,” I responded.
Life is ours to make and create. Don’t forget to notice the little moments of “Angel Gold Tipped Wings” spread out across every day in our life.
Life is Good. Life is short, and life is a gift for our Heavenly Father above.
